Allot of the time when you are log in to your email account if you see a message from a dating site you can unsescribe from them. There for they will no longer email you. but some times this dose not work you will have to go to their actual website itself and unsuscribe that way or delete your account or email them with a complaint and tell them you don't wish to receive anymore e mail from their site.
