Nail biting or peeling is a common habit normally found in children to stop biting you need to:
-Take a picture of you bitten nails and then apply some nail hardener & Nasty tasting nail polish to them everyday twice.
-Try to occupy yourself by eating something hard such as: Carrot sticks,Toffees etc.
-Everytime you hand comes to your mouth and you get tempted smack yourself and make sure it doesn't happen again.
If you stick to these instructions for a week you can look back at the pictures and reward yourself, then take another picture then another week on see the differences! :)
