Mine has suddenly started doing this too. A required Microsoft Windows system directory, the Windows System32 directory is often located in either C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Winnt\system32. Often many Microsoft Windows error messages will contain the system32 directory because many of the system files Windows uses to run are stored in this directory. By itself the System32 directory will not cause any errors unless it is missing of course. If you are getting an error with a file in the System32 directory search for that file. No error message, it just pops up and has to be 'closed'
If the System32 folder shows on the desktop, there may be an invalid entry in the Registry. 1. Start Regedit 2. Go to both: 3. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run 4. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run 5. Double check that the values do not have incorrect, incomplete, or blank entries.
Sometimes you can't stop your veins from popping out. But if you gain some weight, and stop working out so much they will go back to "normal"
It can be malware, you have use one of malware removers. Some programs such as anti viruses and firewalls pop up when you start your computer. Most of those good programs do not have a feature to stop poping up. If you do not need that program try to disable it using Win+R->msconfig->Boot. OR you can go to the all programs selection called "START UP" and delete programs off the lsit to keep them from popping up when the account starts
Because it's start for other programs and other settings.
START BUTTON> RUN> "type" MSCONFIG > go to start up tab > uncheck groove related entries
Stop filling him/her up with air.

System32.EXE is like other exe files, it is used to run programs in Windows, and it has the .exe extension. If you encounter a System32.EXE error, you may unable to run a program or application on your computer or logon problems may occur and prevent you from gaining access to your system, the reason for this is, most of the time, the presence of malicious software. Viruses like Pretty Park, SirCam and W32/Swen.A@MM (Swen) have the ability to modify the Windows registry to change file associations of exe files and stop them from executing.http://www.exeerrorsfix.com/How-to-Get-Rid-of-System32.EXE-Errors-and-Other-EXE-Errors.html
