you could just dont do what he says. like if he tells you to get him or buy him something, dont get it for him and maybe he'll get the idea that he is annoying you and stop .also , try to tell your parents again tell them that your brother is getting on your nerves and that if they dont do something about it than that you can do a stupid thing like hurting him and they dont want that to happen do they?i know how you feel i have one too!ugh!!
