You have to hand wash it and then while it is wet not damp stretch the sleeves.keep doing this for 2 minutes and then iron it very lightly make sure you only leave the iron on it for a second then stretch it again and iron it again and leave it to dry

(Just wash it and while its wet, iron over it, tug it to comfortable size and peg it so during drying process it stays stretched)
