People are often excited about contacting the spiritual world. However, if you are referring to summoning spirits, the best advice I can give you is "stay away from this!" It could give you problems that will literally haunt you for many years. Contacting familiar spirits (so called ), is very dangerous and in time always has a negative affect. Build up your will power and just stay away from these kinds of things and do not leave yourself open to it....Believe me!
