In order to switch your DISH Network receiver from single to dual mode, you can simply press the mode button that is located on the front panel of your receiver. If you cannot visibly see it you simply will need to open the panel that is located on the front of the receiver, once the little door is open you will then be able to see the mode button. To ensure you have successfully changed from single to dual the light under the word "Mode," on the front of the receiver should move to the right under the picture of what is two overlapping squares.

This feature is available on some Dish receivers and enables you to have one receiver that services two televisions. In single mode, you can use this for picture in picture. Dual mode acts like two separate receivers and single mode mirrors the same programming to each room.

What precaution must you take when redeploying a switch to a new VTP domain in the network?

You must first delete all of its configuration. Higher revision number, for example, on a switch can result in a disaster when re-deployed in a VTP network. However, if all of the switch on the VTP network is set to transparent mode, there should be no problem.
