Yes. You just sync your iPod on your iTunes on your computer. Then you sync your ipad on your iTunes.

You should have gotten a sync cord with your iPod touch. You plug one end into the iPod, and the other into a computer. After that, you sync music and such on iTunes. You must install iTunes to sychronize your iPod.
