pull the complete headlight assembly out and then you can get to the build in the back of the headlight.

Open the hood and there are screws on both sides loosen then move flaps and pull light backwards until you can get to the bulb.
what you do is you open the hood and right above the headlight is a black plastic cover held on by little plastic clips. take that off and you'll see two bid bolts connected to the frame of the headlight. take them off, jiggle the headlight alittle, and it should come right out
In the steering column, the grand am has a multifunction fuse box
Well fisrt off you need a new motor which about $150 or more new and just unscrew the screws holding it and unplug the eletrical plug for it
More than likely it is the bushing in your motor mount. Just have a mechanic change out your top motor mount...
The bulbs comeout the back of the assy. actually they do not come out on a 1995 grand prix you need to replace the whole light assem the globe and the bulb the price should range a round 20 or 30 dollars US money
