How do you take an input from a headset pin of a cell phone and transfer it to the computer using a modem and also send audio output to the cell phone through the inbuilt laptop modem?

Answer

Easier said than done. I have spent a huge amount of time trying to do this. It isn't possible to do the way that you are describing because of technical differences between the landline phone network and the cellphone network. It should be possible, and I don't understand why no one has made something to do this, but it wouldn't be simple. If you want wireless internet access on your laptop through your cell phone, try Verizon's broadband service. It is expensive, but I haven't found any other way to do it; let me know if you do.
