How do you take off your house arrest bracelet without breaking it?

Answer:

On the lighter side...

Not a problem. Pick up the phone and call the judge who ordered the bracelet put on you. He has the instruction booklet that comes with all house arrest equipment.
If the judge is not home call 911 the universal repair number and I am sure they will send over some nice guys in uniforms to give you a helping hand.
