Answer:DONT because if you do, you might end up being kidnapped or raped or something, so why dont you think about that...Okayy...talking to strangers is not a great idea.....but since you asked...You would probably want to start off saying..."Hello. My name is (whatever your name is)"Then he/she would say..."Hi. Im (whatever either one of their names are)"Then move on to interests between you too.
