When you figure it out, write a book. Men seldom know what to say to women, especially when they first meet. The only thing you can do is to be yourself, try to find out what she is interested in, find out about her, talk about the things you're both interested in.

Speaking as a girl i would say just talk about her interests and disinterests such as MOVIES, MUSIC, family, favorite sports/sports teams, maybe even her ethnic background, family, and friends. i know i love to talk about stuff i like...but also talk about yourself. let her ask you questions and let her know what your interests and disinterests are too. i know that for girls its a good thing if the guys has good conversation.
