Step 1: Take a small amount of hair from the area you want to tease. Step 2: Back-comb it (comb it towards your scalp) with a comb. Step 3: Lay it on the opposite side and hairspray it. (USE lots OF HAIRSPRAY IF YOU WANT IT TO STAY for a long amount of time) Step 4: Take the hair you teased with hairspray on and spread it with your fingers. Step 5: Brush it on the outside so it won't look too messy and it would look naturally poofy.
In other words, clip a bird's nest to the back of your head and your set. (It saves a lot of money)

∙ 10y agoA few minutes! The best way to tease your hair is to tease with a comb, hold a can of hair spray about 12 inches from your hair, spray, then go over with a straightening iron. It will keep the volume all day!

∙ 9y agoif you are looking for volume you can straighten your hair pulling up. Then hold it there till it cools. Another way to to use a round brush and a hair dryer using the same technique.
