You get terrible pain on your right side right below your ribs.

the pain may radiate across your entire midsection. If you apply slight pressure under the right side of your rib age, you will notice an increase in your discomfort. If the pain gets this intense, you may very well throw up which actually helps alleviate the pain.

Though not a doctor, I believe the pain is different from a heart attack as a heart attack will be felt going into your left arm.

My experience with a gall bladder attack is that tightens around your mid section. Using a gall cleanse really helped me and I no longer get the attacks
