Sorry, but if my EX-husbands lips were moving-he was lying. Seriously, just be on your toes. Watch for clues. I don't know what you suspect he may be lying about-a mistress, drug use, nit-picky things, etc.-but watch for clues. If you think he's cheating on you, then check his car and pockets for receipts that may prove it-like meals for two that you didn't attend, motel receipts, unexplained gifts, etc. Also, smell his shirt for perfume (or a different cologne than he normally wears-you never know these days!) If he is coming home with new things like gifts that he would never buy himself, etc. If he's lying about things that really don't matter, he could be a compulsive or habitual liar and believe me, there is nothing you can do to change him. He will only get defensive if you prove that he's lying. My ex was a habitual liar, but his little white lies kept growing until he even convinced himself that his lies were true and of course they got bigger and worse. If that's your case-GET OUT NOW!!
