If you are under the age of 18 in most States you are minors and therefore, your parents can put a stop to your relationship. Some scientists agree that cousins can marry and have normal children. If you persist on telling your parents then both of you will have to sit down with them privately and tell them how you feel about each other. If they disagree and you are minors then you have no alternative, but to wait until you are 18 years old.
