How do you tighten serpentine belt on 1993 ford f350 7.3l diesel so my power brakes will work again creating the nescessary vacuum?

[Edit]

7.3l diesel does not have an adjusment for the serpintine belt

it is autmatically adjusted with the belt tensioner.if the tensioner is not keeping belt tight, replace the belt and check to see that tensioner is working correctly.

most times if vaccuum pump is not working the power brakes, you need to replace the vaccuum pump. the pump is about 80 bucks at autozone, and you will need to borrow autozones pulley wheel remover to change the pulley wheel as new pumps do not come with the pulley wheel
