Penetrating fluid removes stuck bolts
Bolts that are heated like in the exhaust manifold/catalytic converter/muffler are easy to break. Spray bolts with penetrating lubricant like PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench, or WD40. Spray and let soak for several times a day for about three days. Really stuck bolts may need to be tapped with a hammer to try to get the penetrating fluid to get into the threads.
