Other sites can tell you to buy a certain hair product that has a blue tone to it. The easiest AND cheapest thing to do is to go to the supermarket and go down the laundry isle. Pick up "bluing" for your laundry. One brand is Mrs. Stewarts. Add a few drops to your conditioner and let it sit. Then put a few drops in water and use it for a final rinse on your hair. That's how a certain generation became known as "blue hairs". BTW it's perfectly safe for all kinds of things including your hair. It's suppose to whiten yellowing hair. I dye my hair blonde so it works for me. I can't say anything about brown or darker hair.
If your hair goes a brassie blond and you want to tone it down you can do a few different things. You can dye it for example.
Yellow and Red make Orange. the yellow lighten the red and tone it down to orange.
yeah
no you need matt, metallic or green tones
Gold bleached hair needs a medium ash blonde to tone it down.
think of the color wheel if you go the to opposite color on the it will tone the color out red- green yellow- violet orange- blue this why red is very hard to get out your hair sometime with not having to be a greenish blonde for moment
How can you remove the ash tone from hair
Depends on the bleach, how much colour is on the hair etc. Probably around 40 minutes, you will probably need to tone the highlights and you'll DEFINITELY need to keep checking. For a caramel you should lift your hair to an orange-yellow colour, then tone.
Believe it or not, use a platinum color. The platinum is blue, and in the color wheel, blue and orange will become neutral. If you can get it, use a "drabber" to put under the platinum color so that it will "take" evenly.
You will need to sand down the oil or hair gel from the headboard. After you have sanded that down, you will need to restrain that spot with a stain matching your wood tone.
i have brown hair with caramel highlights........i used the blonde one and it worked but it also toned down the highlights so they blended with my hair more which i didnt really want. so it depends on how bright you want your highlights. but it didnt really seem to take all of the orange out, and it kinda lightened some of my brown hair as well. so i hope that helps
You can spray hydrogen peroxide onto your hair and lighten it by standing in the sun while its on.This turns brown hair into light/orange brown and blond into golden blond. It turns black hair to a dark brown tone and red hair into ginger or ash red.
