First you must export the Google Chrome bookmarks as HTML. To do this you will need to go to Bookmarks -->Bookmark Manager-->Organize-->Export Bookmarks. Second, go to the organize bookmarks screen in Firefox and import the html.
when first starting google chrome you were supposed to already have fire fox. if you have it was supposed to ask you if you wanted to transfer bookmarks. if you cant then poke around in the options to see if you can.

Bookmarks in Google Chrome browser are located just under the URL bar. You can see the website icon and it's title.
