If the applications are downloaded via iTunes, they will be automatically transfered to the iPhone during synchronization. Otherwise, the apps downloaded via iPhone will be copied and backed up to the iTunes during synchronization. So to transfer the apps to the iPhone, just connect the phone to the iTunes and sync. Click on iphone on the side bar, then apps up the top, then sync apps.
plug your iPod into your computer, click iTunes, then it should put your apps on there. Then plug in your iPhone, and it will automaticilly download.

yes u can transfer apps from ur iphone to the ipad!! Most applications will run in compatibility mode, but some have been rewritten to support natively both iPad and iPhone and are called Universal Binary.

All you have you do is connect it to the computer then just open itunes and drag the apps in to the side where it says something's iphone and tada there we go (doesnt work if there arent apps)
