How can you find your contacts from your iPhone on your computer?

Just plug in your Iphone and under the sync tab select contacts. At the bottom click apply. It will ask if you want to delete your iphones contacts select no. Then it will ask if you want to merge contacts. Select that one and you are good to go.

iTunes can sync contacts from iPhone to Mac.

1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to your computer, and then open iTunes.
2. In iTunes, in the left pane under Devices, click the icon for your device.
3. In the main iTunes window, click the Info tab.

You can also simply backup them to iCloud, then import the contacts to the Mac. To import contacts to Mac, you need to visit iCloud.com, click "Contacts", and click the find Settings icon from the left-bottom corner to export them to your Mac.

If you want to find a more easy way to save time and energy, you can try on a tool like AnyTrans to transfer contacts with a few clicks. You could preview and choose selectively to transfer.

Step 1. Run AnyTrans on Mac > Plug in your iPhone.

Step 3: Pick up the contacts you want to transfer > Click TO Mac button to achieve your goal.

You can also using iTunes to get what you want.

Contacts are automatically synced from your iPhone to the PC; however, you can specify where you want them to sync to if you have a different program that you want to manage them with in the iPhone's Contact settings on iTunes (on the PC).

A direct way to transfer iPhone contacts to your PC would be to use a 3rd party program such as FonePaw iOS Transfer or CopyTrans Contacts (link provided below).

You can also use iTunes and transfer your iPhone contacts by syncing your iPhone with the Sync with Option in the iTunes Info tab set to Windows Contacts. However by syncing your iPhone with iTunes you are risking your iPhone multimedia tracks deleted by iTunes.
