usually after training, go to an resruitment agency or even Connextions(on the internet maybe) in your desired sector e.g. insurance, stockbroking. Tell them about the level of training you have undergone and the results you achieved, tell them you are looking for employment, they will invite you to meet to get you on their books and do the job search for you!
