To treat a sprained ankle, talk to your doctor. If you don't want to go to the doctor:
1.Think of rice
2.Elevation
3.Put ice on it
4.Compression
5.Put this Chinese bandage(you don't have to)on your ankle, It will make blood go into it...which is good
6.Don't walk on it,set it
7.If it hurts badly, walk on crutches. put a cast on your leg too!
