Best Answer

When someone in the heat starts sweating profusely, gets a headache, muscles cramps and dark urine, it is a good idea to take them in the shade, have the lie down with feet raised, give them salty water to drink (gatorade or water would also work), and press cool, wet cloths on their body.

What is the difference between heat of reaction and molar heat of reaction?

Heat of a reacion is the totall amount of heat a reaction produces. Molar heat of a reaction is the heat produced/mol if you have the molar hear of the reaction you can calculate the heat of the reaction based on the moles of reactants you have

What is heat of the reaction is releasesd?

If heat from a reaction is released, it is an exothermic reaction.

What is a chemical reaction that absorbs heat?

An endothermic reaction absorbs heat, an exothermic reaction releases heat.

What is the type of heat reaction which occurs when heat is given off by the reaction?

Heat is released during an exothermic reaction.

What is a heat reaction?

This the heat released during a chemical reaction.

How are endothermic reaction different from exothermic reaction?

Exothermic reaction: with release of heat Endothermic reaction: with absorption of heat

How does temperature affects reaction rate?

if the reaction is exothermic (creates heat) then adding heat will cause the reaction to run in the reverse direction if the reaction is endothermic (requires heat) then heat will speed it up

What happens in an endothermic reaction?

An endothermic reaction need heat to occur.

A reaction that absorbs energy is called?

Endothermic-take in Heat, as opposed to exothermic which gives off heat-like a fire or explosion.

How is heat included in the equation of an exothermic reaction?

Heat is written as a product of the reaction (apecs answer)

When heat is increased does the chemical reaction speed up?

The effect of heat on a chemical reaction will depend on whether the chemical reaction is exothermic (producing heat), or endothermic (requiring an input of heat). If the reaction is endothermic, then adding heat will increase the speed, but the opposite is true for an exothermic reaction.

What is a reaction in which heat is involved?

A reaction in which heat is produced is called exothermic. A reaction in which heat is absorbed (or one that produces cold) is called endothermic.
