It's simple: keep them off of unnatural sweeteners or sugars. Keep the amount of natural sugar low (Found in fruit, veggies, etc...). also, allow them to get exercise, so they can release energy. Here are some calming activities

Girls: Dolls, playing with stuffed animals, singing

Boys: Action Figures, LEGO's, playmobile

Both (and for older children): Puzzles, books, drawing, biking.

though I do not recommend it...

if you REALLY don't have time, or if none of these work, you could try TV or Video Games, but try all of these solutions first.

How will you bring a hyperactive child on the right path?

You don't say what exactly he/she has done so it's hard to tell. First you need to find out why they are hyper, there are many diagnoses and lots of medication. When the child is not hyper anymore they will be better at concentrating. Seek professional help. Also let them do something to get rid of that extra energy, like martial art, boxing, sports anything. Hyperactive children are like any other kids and needs attention and will be easier once you find the right medication. They suffer themselves when they can't concentrate.

Once you get the first shield, go to the path near the left. Try to find a block, and bring that block to the circle you start on. Bring the block "Wingardium Leviosa" to the path near the right. Climb up the block and get the sheild. I do not remember what to do on the other path.

Does it mean anything if you dream about a child stealing your father?

The dream means something about your own feelings about your father. The child in the dream probably represents your self at a younger age. One possible interpretation could be that you feel as if your father still sees you as a child, and does not recognize that you are an adult.
