I have had a heart shaped skin cancer for over a year, located on my left cheek just below my eye. It was beginning to itch and turning black.

I live in Costa Rica and have 2 Noni trees growing in my front yard. I began applying fresh Noni pulp directly to the skin cancer, 3 times per day. After 8 days of use, the black outer layer began coming off. Using a "Q" tip with alcohol, I gently rubbed the area and the "Q" tip came away black but the skin was pink, but still raised. I continued applying the Noni 3 times a day and by the 11th day the raised pink area had dried and when rubbed gently fell off (much like a scab from an abrasion), leaving new healthy skin. I also drink Noni juice mixed with lemon juice and pineapple

NOTE: I do not sell Noni or any other medicines. I am simply answering a question with first hand information.

Why do you have cancer?

Cancer is a disease caused when cells divide uncontrollably and spread into surrounding tissues. Cancer is caused by changes to DNA. Most cancer-causing DNA changes occur in sections of DNA called genes. Cancer is the name given to a collection of related diseases. In all types of cancer, some of the body’s cells begin to divide without stopping and spread into surrounding tissues.Cancer can start almost anywhere in the human body, which is made up of trillions of cells. Normally, human cells grow and divide to form new cells as the body needs them. When cells grow old or become damaged, they die, and new cells take their place. When cancer develops, however, this orderly process breaks down. As cells become more and more abnormal, old or damaged cells survive when they should die, and new cells form when they are not needed. These extra cells can divide without stopping and may form growths called tumors. Many cancers form solid tumors, which are masses of tissue. Cancers of the blood, such as leukemias, generally do not form solid tumors.Cancerous tumors are malignant, which means they can spread into, or invade, nearby tissues. In addition, as these tumors grow, some cancer cells can break off and travel to distant places in the body through the blood or the lymph system and form new tumors far from the original tumor. Unlike malignant tumors, benign tumors do not spread into, or invade, nearby tissues. Benign tumors can sometimes be quite large, however. When removed, they usually don’t grow back, whereas malignant tumors sometimes do. Unlike most benign tumors elsewhere in the body, benign brain tumors can be life threatening. his is a serious disease that caused, many people to die and suffer miserably but why worry for nothing because nowadays with the new advancements in modern technology we can see if we have or dont have cancer ,even if there is a slight chance of getting cancers there are ways you to know. Ovarian Cancer, The Silent Killer?

Ovarian cancer I often referred to as the silent killer and originate in the ovaries. There are different classifications of tumors that can originate in the ovaries. Some of the tumors are benign; which means they are not cancerous and will more than likely never spread beyond the ovary. Women who have benign tumors have the option of seeking a treatment that may involve taking the affected ovary out. If not benign, the tumor is cancerous or malignant. Malignant tumors spread throughout the body. These tumors require a more aggressive treatment. Generally, tumors found in the ovaries are named in accordance with the cells the tumor originated from. There are three classifications of tumors: Epithelial, Germ cell, and Stromal tumors. Epithelial ovarian tumors are divided into 3 sub-groups; benign, low malignant potential and malignant tumors. Benign epithelial tumors are not cancerous and do not spread. Tumors of low malignant potential sometimes cannot be definitively classified as cancerous even when viewed under a microscope. These tumors tend to affect younger women. Even though they grow and spread, they are not as life threatening as malignant epithelial ovarian tumors. Another type of malignant cancer is primary peritoneal carcinoma. This type of cancer, similar to epithelial cancer, is rare. It starts outside of the uterus and grows from the cells that line the abdomen and pelvis. Even women who have had hysterectomies can get this type of cancer and treatment is usually very similar to methods used with the more common form of ovarian cancer. Germ cells form eggs and tumors on these cells are rare and usually not cancerous. More than 9 out of 10 patients diagnosed live at least 5 years after the tumor was detected. Stromal tumors are also rare and can be either malignant or benign. These tumors are more commonly found in women over 50 years of age. Stromal tumors typically come with a positive prognosis and more than 70 percent of every diagnosed patient lives long term. The treatment of ovarian cancer is determined by the stage in which the disease was diagnosed. The staging of the disease is performed by a gynecologic oncologist during a biopsy. The surgeon may remove as much of the cancer as possible. After the tumor is removed, it may also be determined that the patient must under chemotherapy or another appropriate form of radiation treatment. Ovarian cancer may cause bloating, abdominal pain and urinal urgency. The earlier the tumors are detected, the more positive the prognosis.

Cancer leads to a cell mass called?

Cancer leads to a cell mass called a tumor. Tumors are abnormal growths of cells that can develop in different parts of the body. Tumors can be classified into two main types: benign and malignant. Benign Tumors: Benign tumors are non-cancerous growths that do not invade nearby tissues or spread to other parts of the body. They usually grow slowly and have well-defined boundaries. Although they are not cancerous, some benign tumors can still cause health problems depending on their size and location. Malignant Tumors: Malignant tumors are cancerous growths that have the potential to invade nearby tissues and spread to other parts of the body through a process called metastasis. Cancer cells within malignant tumors can break away from the original tumor site and travel through the bloodstream or lymphatic system to form new tumors in distant organs or tissues. It's important to note that not all tumors are cancerous. Some tumors, like benign tumors, are not life-threatening, whereas malignant tumors, or cancers, can be aggressive and require prompt medical attention and treatment. Early detection and proper management of cancer are crucial for improving treatment outcomes and patient survival rates.
