ignition or starter or both.
On my 91 previa it is in front of the gas tank right behind you driver door. Do not use impact gun to losen or thighten these blots. Hold the filter body with gloves then losen. Remember you should replace the filter and seals they are metallic seals two on each side. Turn IGN on and of three times before starting this should bleed the line. have fun it shoulden't be difficult.
on the back behind the wheel hub should be a gear looking thing that moves turn it slowly until fully ajusted
Not likely unless that gallon of fuel had lots of water in it. Try starting it with starter fluid. If it starts and dies then you know it is a fuel problem. You then pump all the fuel out of the tank, add a a can of HEAT and then 10 gallons of fresh fuel. Replace the fuel filter and start it with starter fluid. You may have to start it several times to get the fresh fuel to the engine.
Turn the key on if you here a hum under the rear seat it works.
You don't! It is only telling you which side your fuel door is on not whether the door is open or not.
