To turn off IPv6 open System Preferences and then select Network. Click on the Advanced button at the bottom of the pane and then select the TCP/IP tab. At the bottom of that pane is a Configure IPv6 menu from which you need to select Off.

Is it true that the IPv6 addresses in Windows 7 computers use six byte hexadecimal sequences hard coded into each network interface adapter by the manufacturer?

I think you are mixing up two different protocols. IPv6 addresses are not hard coded into your adapter; MAC addresses are. It's totally different. IPv6 addresses are 16 bytes long and MAC addresses are 6 bytes long.

Do you have to separately turn of the mouse and keyboard after shutdown on a mac?

You don't usually have to turn off the "mouse and keyboard" at all. On some models of the mac, the power button was on the keyboard, but pressing it starts the computer, it doesn't turn off the keyboard. If you have a wireless keyboard/mouse, then if you don't turn them off they're still running on battery power. The batteries won't last as long if you don't shut them off, but you don't HAVE to do it.

Address conflict wont occur in ipv6?

I can't see how it could occur; part of that address is the device MAC address, which is unique.
