Do you mean "hybernate" or "system standby"? If so, to to "my computer", click on "control panel" then "Display", "Screen saver" then "power". At that point you can either change power schemes or hibernate.

No, it does not switch automatically. Roblox does not know your birthday and therefore has no way of knowing just how old you are. You will have to manually switch it through a parent account.
