How do you turn off the service engine soon light?

Check the owners manual. Its covered in there and I believe has something to do with holding down the trip odometer switch while starting the car. (2000 Odyssey)

You don't need to start the engine. Just push in on the trip odometer button and hold it in while you turn the ignition to "ON" (don't start the engine) and wait for about 10 seconds. This will work on 1997-2005 Odysseys. (It may also work with 2006-on but I don't know for sure.)
