Turn up the volume using the rocker on the right hand side. Some apps have an option to disable music, sound effects or all sounds. Check the settings or options of the app to re-enable it. If it still doesn't sound, relaunch the app.

∙ 11y agoPush the rocker volume switch on the side up. The slide switch above the volume control can either be a volume mute or orientation lock. This preference is changed in the Settings Menu.

∙ 11y agoJust above the +/- volume buttons there's a switch that you can press up/down. When sound is off you'll see the "background" is red, when it's off it's not red.
