at the top of the screen there is an arrow. Click it. You should see E sharing. click it. E-CAM is the only option. Click that. Begin. If you have any problems look in your owners manual.
You need to use an application that makes use of the webcam. There should be an application bundled on the desktop that you can use to record from it, and many Flash games can also use a webcam.
i have trouble doing that myself i realy cant work it when its off its suppost to be on and when on suppost to be off :( i only got it yesterday and its brand new to shop (currys)
