Right click on your Windows desktop; a menu will appear. At the bottom of the menu click on "properties". In the window that opens, click on the Screen Saver tab. There, you can select a screen saver and set the time allowed before it comes on. You will see a "Power" button at the bottom of the window. Clicking that will take you to a section where you can set the time delay for monitor power-off, standby and hibernate modes.
