nobesides it would ruin the game anywaythe closest thing to cheats is setting it on the easiest difficulty
just press the ~ button on your keyboard
push "é" and write add_money 9999999process_cq "city name"
Not at the moment. They are currently giving expansions/DLC for 2 so a number 3 is unknown as of yet.
Press Alt-F4 three times. If the game crashes, you didn't press it fast enough. Then select "Debug Options" and "Cheat Codes." A dialog should pop up. Type them in there.
