Well the most common way is to use a web proxy.
For example you could use http://BrowsingSystem.com, http://SubstituteSite.com, or proxalize.info (these are some proxies that worked for me).
There are lots more sites online which you can access by searching "web proxy" or "web proxy list" on google.
Using proxy sites is a well-known method for getting around content filters at schools and work. As proxy sites get older, they are more likely to get blocked by your school/work, so you will need to search for "fresh" proxies (newer sites that haven't been blocked yet).
