press down the center button and the menu button for 15 seconds and it migh tgo off before and it show the apple sign
Hold the power button for 20 seconds.
Press Menu and the middle button and then it should unfreeze
hold down the center button and menu button at the same time until the apple icon shows up on the screen (make sure your hold button is off)
