You have to beat the canalave gym leader Byron first then when you exit you'll find Barry then go to the canalave library and go to the top floor you'll find prof. Rowan and Dawn then after you, Barry, and the others r done talking you'll hear an explosion from lake verity and you'll need to figure out the rest when you get to lake verity now go.................. NOW!
