Seat belt is a noun, when the words are used together to describe the common automobile safety feature.
Timing Belt, and a serpantine belt
The Lancer ES has a timing belt that should be changed every 100k miles. I own a Lancer ES myself, and found out the hard way, when the belt on mine broke.

Deactivating/activating the belt minder feature Read steps 1 - 9 thoroughly before proceeding with the deactivation/activation programming procedure.
