okay, if you lost ur iPod pass there are 2 ways to recover the screen lock code
1) u can restore it and it will unlock

EASY WAY:
this is most easiest way ever!
open up a folder, or administration
change the address bar to G:/iPod_Control/Device
find the _volumelocked item and delete it
eject from computer
reboot it up by holding down menu and center for a few seconds
DONE!!!

∙ 13y agoFrom the main menu, select Settings, then Volume Limit. If a code was previously entered (to prevent the limit from being changed), you need to enter the code. Then you can change the limit. If you have forgotten the code, doing a reset (using iTunes) should wipe out the settings (along with everything else, including music) on the iPod.

∙ 13y agoIf you don't have the pin for volume limit then go onto settings>general>reset>reset all settings it puts volume back up to full :) worked for me and it doesnt delete apps or songs just settings such as vol limit :D

On the main menu of your iPod, select 'Settings'. Then go to 'Playback', then 'Volume Limit'. Then all you have to do is enter your combination and set the volume limit to where you want it. Although, if you can't remember the combination that i going to be a problem. :S
