By memory stick I'm assuming that you mean a flash drive.
But anyway, if you have a Mac computer, (includes MacBook Pro, MacBook, etc.) you insert the flash drive into the computer's socket (NOT THE ELECTRICAL SOCKET!). Then, after a few seconds, the flash drive will appear on your desktop. Then, if you want to save a document, picture, or whatever it is you want to upload, you save it to your desktop, and then drag it into the flash drive icon that's on your screen.
