How do you uproot and relocate a holly bush?

Go to your local home store and pick up a product which is called Holly Tone. The spread rate is on the back. This is the best product that I have found for any everygreen shrub.

scratch the bottom of the tree and peel off a peace. if you can see a green layor inside it's still alive if it's all dried up the bush is dead

The best way to be sure you get the same as the parent is to take a cutting or a graft. If you grow from seed you wont know what you will get unless it is a true species.
