How do you use a fax machine?
You should call the friend you are trying to fax, ask them their fax number. then you put the piece of paper you are going to fax, press any button and hit it really hard until it beeps!

depending on the fax machine you should just be able to put the paper your sending in from the top. enter the phone number you are wanting to send it to and press send.

It depends on your fax machine. If its a new version tpye, you should be able to simply put in the pages to be faxed, and dial the number (OR THE OTHER WAY AROUND) and it sends it - and if its a long fax, then you can just leave once the fax machine starts to operate. New faxes also allow your to send and recieve color faxes, rather than just black and white - pretty sweet.

If its an old one, you will probably have to wait for a dail tone when it makes a ring sound, manualy start the transmition, etc, etc. Also if people send you a fax its alsdo very hard because they will have to do it manually too (even if they're using a new fax machine model).
