Ya i have before but that's a little overkill if your going varmet hunting but if its deer its not the best round for deer but you can definitely use it to hunt but idk if its legal... I live in...
The Remington 700 CDL is pretty good for its price.
Velociraptors used intelligence, speed, aggression, keen eyesight, a large primary claw, and probably cooperative techniques to hunt and capture prey.
I dont think its wrong if you hunt to feed your family but just for sport its bad. not a fair fight. Unless deer had camo and rifles.
