Get your jack handle out from under your back seat ( that's where mine is ) and there is a hole in the rear bumper probably on the right side by the licence plate. Put it in that hole and you will find a place for the end of the jack handle. It is @ a slight angle. Turn the jack handle counter clockwise to lower your spare tire to the ground and clockwise to raise it back in place. Jef
Use the Square end of the jank crank rod. I had the same problem
Use your jack handle. Side it through the hole in the body just below the tailgate. Guide the end of the handle into the winch assembly. Crank the handle to winch the tire down.
It has a spare
He could not spare a single dime. He had a spare tire and used it to replace the flat.
Some people call the temporary compact spare tire a doughnut tire, I guess because it is round with a hole in the middle. You can only use this tire for an emergency.
To replace the spare tire on a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica you will need to use the wire to hoist up the tire and use the lug wrench to hold it back into place.
Just inside the trunk (at the center) is a bolt that lowers the spare tire rack. It is probably covered up by a small flap in the carpet. Use the tire lug wrench to lower the spare tire.
Luckily, we had a spare tire.
If you get a flat out in the bundu, what are you gonna do without it.
Yes it can, and in fact that is what you would want to use as a spare tire. Otherwise the spare would only be good for one side of the car.
Where is the spare tire located on a 1987 Corvette? Under the back of the car below the CORVETTE, use the lug wrench to lower it the jack is on top of the tire.
Haha.... I have a 2004 PT cruiser and when I needed to change the tire it took me an hour to figure this out. The spare tire is under the car. Open the trunk and look for a large bolt in the trunk floorboard. Use your jack to turn the bolt. This will release the spare tire from the bottom of your car.
