∙ 14y agoYes, you can wash it in the dishwasher..just be careful not to put in laundry soap..use dish soap..you will also need a plastic hat holder so it does not change shape while washing...you also need to take it out before the dry cycle goes off!

My suggestion is to have it dry cleaned instead. Soak it in a mixture white vinegar and water to set the color. Then, place in a plastic hat form and put it on the top shelf of the dishwasher. Use dishwasher soap, not laundry soap. Your hat should come out clean.
