Any mascara that says "water proof" on the side - usually is waterproof! Try Clinique, Covergirl, Avon, Maybelline, Lancome... ect. These water proof mascaras are best removed by 'makeup remover...
The solution cannot be dissolved in water (insoluble in water). That's why to clean your hands really well you must use soap because it can dissolve the oils.
If they say its waterproof then im pretty sure its waterproof , they would'nt say that it is waterproof if it isn't cause then they will be getting all those waterproof camera's back!
