The FaceTime application for Mac OS is available from the App Store (if you've got at least Mac OS X 10.6.6) for $0.99 in the U.S. Store. Prices may vary depending on your iTunes Store account country. Simply install the application, launch it, and follow the prompts. It's very similar to FaceTime on iOS devices, it uses your Apple ID and that's it!

You cannot get FaceTime if you don't have it already. Only the iPhone 4, 4S and 5 support FaceTime. You can find the FaceTime button in any contact on your phone.
If you are using a Mac, you can download the FaceTime app of the Mac App Store (You may need to update you Mac Software If you do not have a Mac App Store). On a iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S to FaceTime select the contact you want to call in the Phone App or in the Contacts App. Instead of taping on their phone number, scroll down and you will see a button that says FaceTime. You must be connected to a Wi-Fi to use FaceTime.
