How do you workout?

I am glad You asked, If your 15 or younger your body is still growing
so dont push yourself its best to workout with someone because its hard
to keep going because its a little boring its easy to say " Bla ill skip today "
Working out it easy if you really want to do it Many ppl workout there arms,
legs and abs You can work out your arms by lifting weights you should have
someone with you to help you find out the right amound you can life
you dont need a gym I workout right in the middle of my bedroom floor
for you legs you can do squats and lunges im 11 and I do 20 lunges a day
( each leg ) for your abs you can do situps and crunches after a few
dont get mad if you dont see anything after a few days it takes a bit
for your body to um ( upgrade ) your mucles Like i said if your 15 or younger
your body is working on making you taller not bigger in muscle so dont push your self do as much as you feel comfortable with. Good luck :)
